Noob Alert! (FAQ)

Ask a question that is already answered here and we will link you back to this page. It is rude of us, but we are trying to run an effiecient company. 'Good old fashion customer service' to us is getting products to you on time, not spending 1 hour on the phone to make $5 profit.

What is your phone number and where is your store??
There is no retail store front, it is all operated online. It is the only way we can provide the fastest service to everyone and keep the prices lower than everyone else in Australia. There are a couple of people answering emails and you can also call us on our phone number. Write an email to us, and see how fast we respond. 90% of the time it is within an hour. Please try not to ask us to ring your on your mobile phone (that cost a lot), unless it is absolutely urgent.

What forms of payment to you accept?
Right now its Direct Bank Deposit and Paypal. Can I just give you my credit card number? No. Paying through your bank account via paypal is the laziest and dumbest way to pay for something in our store, but we can't disable it without disabaling paypal completely. Paying via your bank account through paypal takes 5 or so business days to clear. We don't hold products for that long so if your product becomes out of stock in that period, you will have to wait until its back.

Can you price match on Company X or company Y?
Does that company operate outside of Australia? If yes, then the answer is no. This includes companies that sell in Australian dollars, but ship items from overseas.

If the company operates inside Australia...do they have an ABN listed on their website, are they registered for GST? If the answer is yes to both, and they have a solid reputation then we will probably price match.

"Department store X has a special on blah blah" - Cool, buy it from them :)

What is the progress of my order?
Login to your account on our site, and check it out. 'Processing' means its ready to ship. 'Pending payment' means your money is not in our account yet. If you paid over 3 buisness days ago, please contact us. If not, then please be patient.

Where is my order, you sent it, but i haven't got it yet. Can you check it out for me?
Sure. Right after you check out this page. Part of our stremline business model is the fact that all customers get their 'tracking numbers'. Please ring Australia post first if your package is a couple of days over the estimated time.

Does product X come with a 'blah'?
Product listings usually contain the contents of the product. Please read the listing in FULL. Including all 'tabs' if their are any. Saves you having to wait for an answer from us, and if the information is on the page, we won't answer it, we will just link you to the page!

If you are contacting us about an order you have placed, please include your ORDER NUMBER.
Emails that we reply to are quick and to the point, we don't write essays. 'To the point' comes off as a little rude sometimes. We assure you that is not our intention. Our intention is to answer your question as quickly as possible.
